£20 booking fee per person.

£20 booking fee is for your food for the whole weekend and is be previded by Dave Ives and his cookhouse team. The £20 will also go towards, renting the field, the showers and a cooked breakfast every morning from the Friday until the Sunday and dinner from Friday to Sunday. It is important that we make this event one hell of an experience. Yes it may stop some folks from coming out of principle and we would be sorry if that happens but please do not allow this to stop you from being part of something special.

1. The vehicle described above is covered by suitable insurance to meet the requirements of the relevant Road Traffic Acts and has specific public liability cover for display at vehicle events.
2. I hold a valid driving licence for the above class of vehicle and all drivers of the above vehicle hold a valid class of driving licence and is included on the insurance.
3. I will carry with me my driving license at all times.
4. The vehicle has a valid test certificate if required and if not, that the vehicle is roadworthy within the terms of the vehicle insurance.
5. I will follow all instructions given by the event marshals and organisers at anytime and this also includes instructions by the Maiden Newton at War organisers .
